Solution: Follow these steps below to enable flash.
Step 1: Navigate to the Website you wish to enable flash on. (the example below is abcya.com)
Step 2: Left Click the Lock Icon (
) near your address bar. (see the image below)
Step 3: Left Click "Site Settings" (see the image below)
Step 4: Find "Flash" and Left Click the drop down menu ("Blocked (default)"). (see the image below)
Step 5: Left Click "Allow" (see the image below)
Step 6: Left Click the X to close your tab, OR Navigate back to your website that needed flash enabled. (see the image below)
Step 7: Left Click the Reload Button OR Left Click the "Refresh Button" ( 
) to apply changes to the desired website. (see the image below)
